Club History

    This photograph (circa 1930) was taken by Dr. H. Benge Simmons and shows the first clubhouse in construction. The farm buildings visible at the right belonged to William S Collins.  It was later acquired by the club for expansion of the golf course. 
    We hope to add pages in the near future that detail the history of the club and the growth that lead to the facility as it exists today.  Return to Home Page
